Empowering Women to Thrive at Work
Trane Technologies had an ambitious goal of receiving 100,000 job applications from women in 2024. They enlisted our team to develop and launch a hiring campaign tailored to women professionals' needs and interests.

Our research found that women prioritized flexibility, growth opportunities and a greater purpose when looking for a new job. I used these insights to craft messaging that became the "Together We Thrive" campaign across digital and social channels, both in the U.S. and internationally. All campaign traffic went to a customized "Careers" landing page with copy and imagery that aligned with the ad creative.

As of September, Trane Technologies had received 78,000 job applications from women, well on track to achieve their goal.
